Returns/Cancellations/Restocking Fees/Refunds
Returns
You can also cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped. If your product has already shipped, you may choose to refuse delivery and receive a refund minus applicable shipping charges and possibly a restocking fee, depending on the particular item. Call 1-702-296-8862. If you would like to return your order after the product has been shipped, a 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
You may be charged a restocking fee for returned items that have been shipped to you. Please ask if you need to know whether your item meets this criteria. The restocking fee is equal to 10% of the item's purchase price.
You will be refunded your total amount less restocking and shipping fees incurred.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the method of payment originated by the customer.
